Resposibilities
- Responsible for delivering the company commitment to customers, meeting day to day operations requirements of the customers.
- Manages a team of customer service staff to achieve excellent customer service satisfaction through defined and agreed processes levels.
- Responsible for respective line of business budgeting, periodic account variance reporting and account profitability.
- The position involves planning and implementing an effective company’s Customer Service strategy with emphasis on profitability, customer base expansion and business growth.

- Establish appropriate systems for customer services performance management.
- Develop a customer contact plan to ensure regular, consistent and effective liaison with customer to review KPI and potential business opportunities.
- Continuously identify service gaps, make recommendations and implement solutions to enhance greater customer satisfaction.
- Ensure prompt response to Customer queries/complaints.
- Ensure proper processes and audit measures are established to support and meet customers’ requirements at agreed level.
- Ensure management reports are timely and accurate; Lead and follow up on Audit issues to ensure compliance.
- Periodic review of costs and revenue, conduct benchmarking exercises and ensure the company continues to be competitive in the market place.
- Liaise with other functional/departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of operational development, and to ensure they are fully informed of customer services objectives, purposes and achievements.
Requirements
* 10 or more years experiences of Logistics experience with skills in freight forwarding, customer services, order management, planning and optimization, and information technology application to logistics.
* Agile and flexible in thinking and cutting solutions, strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines
* Has strong understanding about Finance specially for profit and loss
* Equip excellent computer skills, including spreadsheet and database proficiency.
* Strong in Export & Import procedure and Custom/Clearance
* Good communication in English in Business Level ( oral & Written)
* Having wide networking
