Resposibilities
- Planning and Organizing the sales activities by developing stratefies and tactic in order to achieve the assigned monthly sales budget
- Capturing and developing new business opportunities from existing and new account within his/her sales area
- Make sure all the inbound and outbound shipment are timely delivered and sent
- Make sure that all inbound and outbound date are transmitted on time to Jakarta main office
- Keep a good personnel, accounting, collection, expense records and sent regular reports to Jakarta main
- Checking and verifying shipping records, handling questions or concerns of shipping shortages or overages and addressing any problems with inventory control.
- Overseeing maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment.
- Oversee scheduling truck drivers, coordinate delivery routes and loading dock use.
- Analyze, plan and improve warehouse layout to maximize the efficiency of space usage.
- Periodically monitor and analyze inventory movement
- Manage the people as per Company Rule & Regulation Book, and analyse their training and development needs and address them
- Ensure high standar of perfomance and recommedn for employee's recognition
Requirements
* Experienced in Managerial Level min. 5 years with total experience in Supply chain (3PL) industry included (Warehousing, Consolidation, Distribution, Trucking, Logistics )
* Experienced in managing numbers of Warehouse from Big company ( FMCG, Automotive, Retail, Industrial, etc like Nestle, Unilever) with thousands of items
* Has strong understanding about Finance specially for profit and loss
* Good at KPI
* Strong understanding in S.O.P Warehouse
* Experienced in dealing with 2PL/ Leasing/ Transportation vendor
* Strong in Export & Import procedure and Custom/Clearance
* Good communication in English in Business Level ( oral & Written)
* Having wide networking
