<Resposibilities>
・Office management, employee's attendance management, and secretary for Japanese director.
・Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
・Track stocks of office supplies and orders when necessary.
・Managing promotional sales goods.
・Reporting each store's sales amount to direct.
・Contacting with other branch in Asia. [Need to type Japanese on chatting]
