Responsibilities
* Monitoring and reviewing the planning of each department ( there are 9 department and 30 division) which are formed in KPI by comparing the target and actual number and Summarizing the result into a report which will be used in every meeting
* Supporting the Management for meeting preparation either daily, weekly,monthly or annually
* Organizing company's event like Shareholder meeting, CSR activity, Company's birthday and etc
* Will assist Japanese in doing translation and interpreting as well
Requirements
'- Male / Female
- Fresh graduate are welcome
- Has background in any kind of industry
- Good communication (verbal & written)
- Good Japanese skill / Min N2 Level ( Verbal & Written)
- Able to make report using MS Office (word, excel, powerpoint)

- Ever lived or worked in Japan
Desirable Character
- Have good communication skill in Japanese , Eager to learn , Able to work independently or a team and Have interest in automotive industry
