IT Staff - Manufacturing Company

<Resposibilities>

• Checking devices and Ensure the corporate computer systems running standard.

• Support computer users.

• Checking daily file backup system .

• Checking daily antivirus pattern update.

• Daily report to HQ Japan.

• Hardware and software maintenance and troubleshooting.

• IT documentation ( Devices, licenses, Infrastructure, etc ).

• Conduct IT security system development (All Toyota Security Guidelines/ATSG).

• Coordinate with third parties (IT Consultants).

• Make Standard operating procedure(SOP).

• Maintenance and Troubleshooting for attendance systems (AMANO), CCTV, Printer, Photocopy machine.

• Attendance card registration for new employee.

• Backup database of attendance.

• Recapitulation Petty Cash / Cash Advance using Excel.

• Occasionally making factory layout.

• Checking and assuring clock accurate.

• Support HRGA Jobs.



<Requirements>

- Male

- Have a minimum of Diploma degree in IT or Computer Engineering

- Have a minimum of 3 years experience in related field  

- Have experiences in IT infrastructures and program applications in using VB language program (Programming with PHP, Visual Basic 6.0.)

- good experiences in Database SQL server 2000/2008, My SQL, Ms.Access, Web server (xamp/AppServ).

- Familiar with microtic , Firewall, access point, UTP cable and switch.

- Familiar with Local user account, domain user account and account credentials

- Understand with DHCP server, Ip addressing.

- Good communication (verbal & written)

- Excellent in using MS Office (word, excel, powerpoint, visio, etc.)
