Pre Sales Engineer - IT Solutions

<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Support Pre Sales Div, handling Network, Security, SASE, Unified Collaboration/Telephony

<Job Responsibilities>
-Report to the Presales Team Lead and responsible for Network & Security also SASE & Unified collaboration or telephony
Solutions (Router, Switch, Wireless LAN Access Point, Cabling, (NAC, Firewall, SDWAN, CASB, SWG)
- Meet customers and understand their business challenges and clarify the requirement including non functional requirement
- Get PO from customers
- Collaborate with Partner/Distributor and complete to create quotation and proposal
- Develop sales materials such as proposal document, product introduction document
- Provide technical support and consultation to Account Executive
- Assist Sales in creating quotation
- Response to tender, RFQs & RFPs both in written and presentation forms
- Handover a project to post sales engineer
- Other responsibilities as needed

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related
・Business English proficiency
・Min. 3 years in IT Solutions company as Pre Sales or Consultant focusing in Network and Security, handling new network environment implementation for foreign companies
・Experienced and knowledgeable in router, switch, firewall, wireless LAN Access Point, Cabling infrastructure, network access control, Cisco, Juniper, Ruckus
・Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio and PPT)
・Committed, proactive, smart, good work ethics, good teamwork, good analytical skill, good negotiation and presentation skills

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Own CCNA, CCNP, CATO Network, Fortinet NSE, Palo Also PSE, PCNSE, ACE, JNCIA cert.
・Experienced in SASE, Server, Cloud IaaS, IT project in expanding office or factory
