• Provide pre-sales and/or post-sales technical support
• Gather and build requirement documentation with customer
• Evaluating of product quality assurance standards
• Ensure that all customer requests, complaints and comments communicated are forwarded to the corresponding department for action.
• Analyze customer behavior and market data
• Establish and maintain ongoing positive relationships with customers to develop secure and develop their future business.
・Diploma's Degree in IT or related.
・Good customer service communication skill.
・Fresh Graduate is possible.
・Have basic skill in programming.
・Have knowledge making document of specification and test script.
