- Develop short and long-term strategy, activity plan, target and budget, present and propose approval to the Board of Director.
- Develop Business Procedures and Policy as guidance for strategic daily activities.
- Direct Supervision Staff / Professional Development, includes but not limited to:
a. Set and manage roles corporate strategy-driven program and demonstrates working excellence by implement best practices, continuous improvement, self-reliance and self-empowerment.
b. Engage and empowering staff in effective information dissemination, professional skill building, teamwork and peer to peer knowledge sharing to achieve goal set.
c. Effectively coach, guide manage and evaluate staff, including daily working task monitoring, problem solving, safety and regulations compliance, regular supervision meeting and performance evaluations, staff schedules, staff development, etc.
d. Control cost-effectiveness and efficiency on professional operations and development to keep business profitability.
- Control and evaluate budget actual achievement, develop comprehensive action to improve.
- Manage spare parts business, includes but not limited to:
a. Strive to achieve parts sales and profit target to retain business profitability.
b. Control optimum parts inventory level by increase turn-over and avoid dead stock.
c. Provide parts supply in efficient operations cost.
- Encourage dealership to comply agreement, guidelines and policy, have sufficient after sales manpower and allow involved in training program to meet competency required.
- Ensure customers inquiry and complaint are served well and timely solved.
- Retain customer satisfaction and re-purchase intention to company's product.
- Business acumen and sensitive in market factual situation, including but not limited to customers voice, quality issue, high demand parts, prospects, competitors, industry trends and develop improvement practical action.
- Generate accurate Division performance report, review progress achievement and initiate improvement plan to fulfill the gap.
- Other tasks as assigned
・Bachelor's degree in agricultural, mechanical
・Min 5 years experience as General Manager/ Manager after sales from Construction Machinery/ Agriculture Machinery/ Automotive
・Have proven experience in maintenance strategy & maintenance planning, doing after sales service operations, handling customer engagement, technical training, development program and business process development
・Proficient in Business process and expert in after sales service systems
・Fluent in English
・Proficient in Microsoft office and reporting tools
・Responsible, smart, hardworking, flexible, good communication and interpersonal skills
