Business Planning Junior Manager~Manager (M&A field)- Leasing *UOA

<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Direct and oversee the ongoings of business, to project how the incoming years would be

<Job Responsibilities>
>> Business Planning (main responsibility)
• Develop appropriate financial methods to estimate cash flow and profit potential
• Analyze, assess and communicate to the Board high-level business impacts and risks.
• Check the performance ratio indicator to oversee company performance
• Examine opportunities for expansion to boost profitability from large data sets and develop action items.

>> M&A (project-based)
• Negotiating, sourcing, completing, and managing account purchase agreements for companies as well as acquiring other companies and merging them into your company
• Build and maintain productive relationships with our target companies and related networks.
• Research market conditions and developments, evaluate organizational opportunities for mergers, acquisitions and divestitures
• Design M&A strategies, identifying sectors and companies that may be viable business targets
• Oversee the M&A project management process including due diligence, financial planning, scoping, closing, and integration

• Other related tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. S1 any major
・Min 3 years experience in the financial sector (minimum senior supervisor level)
・Honest, good analytical and communication skills, is disciplined, good leadership and collaboration skills.
・Proficient in using computer applications, minimum Ms. Office.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Majoring in management/accounting
・Preferably have experience in M&A field
