>> Legal Area
- Assisting HR Manager handle Legal issue in the company
- As company representative to dealing and negotiating with Government Officer (Police, Army, Manpower, Immigration, Government, BKPM, Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, Dinas Tata Ruang, etc), Non-Governmental Organization (Babinsa, Organisasi Masyarakat, Local Resident, etc.), Millenium Industrial Estate Management, Outsourcing Company, etc.
- Manage all company legality documents
- Checking and verifying new and existing legal documents of vendor and informing to Management if there is possibility of fraud, legal risk, etc.
- Responsible managing OSS and Siinas, and updating the data
- Checking and updating agreements with vendor or customer
- Giving advice regarding Legal area for Joint Venture agreement
- Coordinating with HR&GA Supervisor to make and report Environment report to Government and Industrial Management
- Making LKPM Report, Siinas report (all) and another report regarding to Legal matters
- Responsible for filing company legality document, maintenance contracts and others
- Collaborate with HR&GA to arrange Company Regulation, Company Policy, etc.
- Creating and updating Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) related to Legal
- Updating and analyzing regulations related to Ciptaker, Manpower, Covid handling, Ministry of Industry, Immigration, BKPM and others related to the company and giving advice to Management
- Problem identification and analyzing Legal risk to company activities and recommend the solving to Management
- Others responsibilities regarding Legal as needed
>> GA Area
- Establishing cooperation and creating good communication with the surrounding companies
- Providing advice to Management regarding building maintenance and rennovation
- Coordinating with HR&GA Supervisor to provide expert to have maintenance for building, company assets, etc.
- Managing outsourcing performances and giving instruction to them all
- Creating and updating Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) related to General Affair
- Others responsibilities regarding General Affair as needed
・Bachelor's degree in Law
・Conversational English proficiency
・Min. 5 years of experience in handling pure Legal related functions (OSS, RUPS, permits, UU Ketenagakerjaan, Industrial, Contracts)
. Having negotiate skill with external parties (Government officer, vendor,partner, customer etc)
・Honest, hard working, good interpersonal skill, committed, willing to learn
・Willing placement in Cikupa
