- Responsible for OE Sales performance

- Manage 13 sales person

- Conduct Market Analysis

- Prepare Business Plan



[Requirement]

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree in any major 

• Have at least 10 years of experience in related field (Original Equipment Manufacturer), preferably in automotive product including familiarity with Market Analysis and Business Plan. 

• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills

• Candidate must display solid skill in Leadership and team management.  

• Computer literate, especially Ms. Office 

• Fluent in English, both oral and written

• Display solid skills in Negotiation 

• Strong interest in sales and project management 

• Have strong analytical & problem solving, high achiever target

• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills

• Candidate must be detail and customer oriented

• Must possess strong work ethic and professional demeanor. 

• Applicant must be willing to work in Karawang Timur Area
