Technical Support Quality Assurance and Control Manager - Manufacturing

[Responsibilities]

•Research and identify solutions to nylon film product issues

•Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration

•Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem

•Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, or even visiting them until they have solved a technical issue

•Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. Production and Production Plan Department)

•Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers

•Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate technical solutions

•Ensure all issues are properly logged

•Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time

•Follow up with clients to ensure their problem are fully functional after troubleshooting

•Prepare accurate and timely reports

•Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals

•Maintain jovial relationships with clients

•Manage subordinate staffs in the day to day performance of Quality Assurance and Control Department jobs.



[Requirements]

•Mid 30-es to Early 40 Indonesian nationality or expatriates are welcome with more than 10 years of working experience in quality assurance and control or technical service.

•Bachelor Science degree in Chemical, Physical Science or relevant field from reputable universities.

•Additional certification in flexible packaging technology or similar technologies is a plus.

•Proven work experience as a Technical Support Manager or similar role

•Hands-on experience with Quality Assurance and Control Jobs

•Good understanding of nylon film or other flexible packaging material film will be required

•Excellent problem solving, data collection and analysis skills: ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues

•Excellent communication and presentation skills: English communication skill is a must; Japanese communication skill will be advantageous

•Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal

•Willingness to stay in Japan for approximately one year for training.
