Responsibilities
- Develop distribution network in General Trade, Local Modern Trade, and also Institution (HoReKa, Office, and special outlets)
- Monitoring sales and distribution performance in Greater Jakarta as your area responsibility
- Managing direct selling team to expand distribution
- Developing new direct customer to expand distribution
- Monitoring stock in warehouse distributors level and ensure stock availability in a warehouse
- Generate trade program and propose consumer program in order to achieve sales and distribution target in tradisional market as well as in local modern market
- Brief, empower, encourage sales force distributor to running sales and distribution program
- Maintain good relations with the distributors and outlets as a customer
Requirements
- Min 3 years of experience as Area Sales, especially in Modern market
- Familiar with FMCG business
- Good analytical thinking, dynamic and team player
- Possess communication and interpersonal skill to work cross-functional team
