Work details
Responsibilities :
• Ensure that all export-sales activities are carried out as scheduled
• Receive and input sales orders from overseas customers into the system
• Coordinate with Production Department for products availability schedule.
• Coordinate with Logistics Department for delivery schedule
• Coordinate with the Production and QA Dept. to handle claims from customers.
• Establish and maintain good relationship with customers and other related parties.
Requirements :
• 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
• Good knowledge in export business, including its related regulation
• Good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• Professional attitude and projection of a professional company image
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, including presentation skills
Desirable Experiences :
• Preferable stay in Depok area.
Desirable Character :
