Work details
Responsibilities
1. Typing official letters, maintaining proper entire documents and filing them.
2. Monitoring & Handling working permission documents for company and expatriate including visa procedure
3. Manage, control office building & office assets
4. Prepare & assisting management contract agreement, insurance policy and legal task
5. Manage recruitment, remuneration, training and development staffs
6. Control manpower planning and administer performance appraisal
7. Prepare daily administration personnel (overtime, absenteeism, medical and other)
8. Assist secretariat matters
9. Following & update information regarding employee regulation in Indonesia by Indonesia government
Requirement
1. Has min 2 year experience in HR or GA field and currently working as HR or GA staff
2. Good communication skill in oral and written English
3. Had been working for Foreign /Japanese company at least 1 year
4. Min S1 Degree
