Responsibilities
- Monitor daily activities for production control and computer personnel to ensure timely and effective job assignment to meet production schedule, analyze production achievement, inspects products to verify conformance to specifications and requirements standard, follow-up and communication of problems with user community.
- Oversees and coordinates technical support for end-user training, production testing and equipment modifications.
- Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.
- Evaluate operator and leader performance due to contract period.
- Develops and maintains output service-level agreements with user departments.
- Report to Japanese (Auto mounting / Auto Insert division)
Requirements
- Have a minimum of S1 degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial engineering
- Have a minimum of 3 year experiences as Production Manager or 5 years as as Assistant Manager
- Have good analytical thinking in production process, production planning and production control
- Have basic knowledege of lean manufacturing (TPS), TPM, PDCA, Kaizen, 6 sigma, SPC or balance score card
- Have competencies in assembling line control, balancing process concept, full kit part supply and Just In Time (JIT)
- Have experiences in managing and controlling man power more than 200 people
- Good in operating Ms. Office
- Have a good leadership skill, able to coaching, teaching and counceling employee.
- Able to analyze quality process.
- Fluent English for both oral & written
- Able to speak Japanese is prioritized
