Engineering Assistant Manager - Property Management

- Responsible in operating equipment / machine building facilities such as mechanical, electrical, communication, plumbing, civil architect, power plan and so on.

- Planing, monitoring, scheduling, maintenance as the areas of responsibility and duty.

- Coordinate, nurture, supervise the work of human resources under his responsibility

- Handling Tenant Complaint and direct action to handle it

- Will lead other engineer in the building 





- Experience working as Building Engineer for 4 - 5 years in supervisor level

- Experience in High rise building like, office building, Hotel and Apartment

- Have experience in handling all the building equipment





- Communicative

- Nurturing Personality

- Able to adapt to the community that have been develop for the long time
