<Resposibilities>
Handling full spectrum of HR, Admin, and Compliance role related with internal and external policies and regulations.
Managing staff claims for reimbursement payment in accordance with company policy.
Recruitment, attendance control, payroll, compensation & benefit, set up SOP and regulation related with HR function, Provide advice to management with regards to all HR related matters.
<Requirements>
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management
Min 7 years experience in HR, Admin, and Compliance role. -
Strong knowledge in HR, Admin, and Compliance role. -
Strong analytical skills.
Good in writing and communication skill, responsibile, honest, good teamwork, good attitute, maturity, proactive, multi-tasking, outgoing personality, self-starter and has ability to work independently with minimum supervision, excellent interpersonal skills.
Good communication in English and Japanese (Minimum N3)
