Mechanical Engineer Asst. Manager (Japanese Speaking) - Gypsum Manufacturing

- Handle Mechanical engineering activities and document control staff.
- Review Mechanical engineering staff performance periodically
- Handle Engineering tools and upgrades.
- Check MEl deliverables of process and ensure achievement of quality standards.
- Report to Department Manager and Division Manager of Maintenance Division
- Create and control the implementation of all electrical maintenance plan.
- Coordinate with all departments regardign electrical maintenance needs
- Monitor and control electrical Maintenance budget
- Ensure the safety of all electrical amintenance members
- Follows and promotes continuous improvement of divisional performance and of safety and environmental policies and procedures.
- Work with operations/electircal maintenance personel to achieve timely and efficient shut down schedule
- Provides opportunities for training on routine preventive electrical maintenance activities


 Have at least 5 years of working experience in the related fiels as staff or Supervisor
- Fluent in Japanese, Both Oral and Written Min. N3
- Understanf the Auto Cad Program 2D
- Having Experience for Electrical Panel Installation

 Having experience for PLC System (Siesmens PLC) preferably
- Have knowledge regarding ISO 9001 & 14001 system preferably
- Domicile around Bekasi or Karawang


- Hardworking and have a good attitude
