Engineering & Construction Division Head - Construction Company

• Determines Division Program & Missions, short term and long term objectives and strategies to supports organizational goals and objectives

• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure that all paperwork is up to date /available and that project remain on Budget

• Understand current status of all project at any point in time

• Assist Project Managers in resolving customer concerns quickly and efficiently

• Manage & Control  all aspect of Engineering & Construction

• Ensure all projects meet the schedule , company quality standard and standard operating procedures

• Approve, manage and oversee  the project budgets prepare by the Project  Manager s who are responsible for overall job profitability

• Plan, direct ,coordinate, participate and administer activities of the Division to ensure that  Company Goals and deadline are met

• Promote to Job site safety, encourage safe work practices, and rectify job site hazards immediately

• Project control for quality, schedule, cost & safety

• Presentation ability to customers

• Understanding of ISO & OHSAS and able to implemented in the project







• Male between 40 - 50  years old

• Bachelor’s Degree in Technic Civil/Architecture with at least 8 years experiences

• Excellent verbal and  written  communication skills  especially in English

• Planning & Budgetary skills

• Knowledge of  Project Management and job cost analysis

• Self driven and proven ability to extract all information to ensure compliance with all aspect





• Experience as Engineer/Project Manager at Construction Company





• Good leadership
