Responsibilities
Lead and coach the sales team in achieving sales targets and financial objectives.
Establish each territory sales strategies, sales plans and targets and P&L
Lead the sales team to meet the company goals
Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, key internal and external stakeholders.
Responsible for understanding territory customer’s priorities and developing solutions to meet customer’s needs.
Understand the overall market - competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand etc. and provide insights to internal teams.
Accountable for fostering relationships and partnering with key decision makers across the business and driving business growth and share of mind.
Continuously provides feedback and identifies the areas for improvement through field visit & on-the-job coaching.
Requirements
10 to 15 years’ experience in sales and 5 ~7 years of people management experience is required.
Potential candidates must have an expertise in sales force effectiveness tools
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to work under pressure
