- Security Arrangement & Control
- Daily control for Driver Operation
- Waste Handling Process & Transportation Control
- Welfare Control for employee transportation, meal and uniform
- Touch and handle matters related to the Department and other relevant agencies
- Control Daily, weekly and monthly employee attendance and overtime
- Employee Candidate Recruitment & Screening Process
- P2K3 Arrangement (AK3 Umum Certificate)
- Handle industrial relation in the process of coordination with Labor Union representative
- BPJS Develop and implement

<Requirements>
- Bachelor's degree in Law / Human Resource Management
- Min 5 years working experience in HR for manufacturing industry
- Having experience in handling labor union in manufacturing industry
