Production Asst. Manager for Stamping - Automotive Parts Manufacturing

<Resposibilities>
- Execute operational plans including performance targets and budgets
- Develop and lead execution of plans to meet all required Safety, quality, Delivary and cost targets. Set standards of performance for personnel
- Promote and deploy the use of continuous improvement techniques and practices (lean mfg, 5S, factory physics, etc). Assure internal metrics and improvement efforts support company goals and objectives
- Analyze operational data and use sound manufacturing science to make real time proiority adjustments to optimize cycle time and output

<Requirements>
1. Male
2. Min Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
3. Have experiences as Supervisor or Assistant Manager in Japanese company with a minimum of 5 years.
4. Familiar with Toyota Production Systems, understand kaizen, Kanban and other Japanese production systems
5. Excellent knowledge in ISO 9001 and ISO TS
6. English is a must
