Production Supervisor - Automotive Parts Manufacture

'- Preparation for Production depend on project until Mass production 

- Negotiation with customer

- Designs processes, material and workspace layouts to ensure fast and efficient production

- Responsible to execute production plan and ensuring production at optimum capacity

- Ensuring project deadlines are met

- Analysis of operational issues and installation of new equipment

- Estimate the cost of production and come up with cost-saving methods

- Making monthly report





- Have a minimum of Diploma degree in Engineering

- Hava a minimum of 3 years in Production at least as a Leader or supervisor in Molding Injection or Rubber parts

-  Able to speak Japanese with a minimum of JLPT N3

- English fair

- Able to operate Ms Office 

- Have experiences in handling ISO 9001

- Have good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

- Good analytical thinking

- Good in technical drawing

- Have a minimum of 165 cm of height, good health 





- Have exeperiences in living or working in Japan





- Have good leadership skills, passionate, flexible, strong personality
