<Resposibilities>
- Handling recruitment and placement process
- Collaborate with the Manager to handle training and development, performance appraisals, and employee evaluation
- Perform general HR administration, payroll detail and tax, employee benefits, BPJS, Clinic, Manpower regulations, HR policies
–Maintain and update records of employees information
<Requirements>
- At least 4 years of Experince in related field is required for this position
- High Understanding and knowledge in Government Labor Law
- Having Experience in Handling legal document and Regulation
- Having knowledge about compesation and benefit
- Compentence in payroll sistem
