IT Staff - Automotive Parts Manufacturing

<Resposibilities>

- Monitor computer configuration installed, set and monitoring computer hardware maintenance schedule, propose new hardware requirements and arrange the installation to supplier, solve small computer problems, contact supplier and fix hardware problem together. 

- Check and ensure the function of server to operate effectively, backup all software required on regular basis, install new software packages if required. 

- Help user in solving computer problem in day-to-day operation.  

- Maintains IT Service portal to record cases/problems that have been solved. 

- Maintain, check, recover and configure servers.  

- Prepare annual EDP and IT planning. 

- Prepare periodic report of telephone usage 

- Setup training schedule and conduct training for new software users. 

- Write system procedure and create all necessary action such backup procedure in case of system failure. 

- Setup or modify a program as needed or required by company.



<Requirements>

- Have experience in at least 2 years in related field

- Have knowledge of ORACLE and SQL system.

- Have experience in make Web system and server setup.
