Resposibilities
Actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
Manage training plans and programs execution
Assist in performance management processes
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
Requirements
Have at least 1 year of working experience in the same position
Have experience in human resource activities including general HR administration, payroll detail, employee benefits, BPJS, Manpower regulations, HR policies and processing
Know how to handle internal recruitment and placement process
Well speaking and writing in Japanese (JLPT N3)
Fair in speaking and writing business English
Wiling to domocile in Karawang/Purawakarta
