Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise the production process in accordance with the standard
- Being and taking care of company assets and facilities
- Perform regular employee evaluations
- Responsible for quality standard and production process
- Responsible for production target
- Responsible for the cleanliness of occupational safety and health in the workplace
- Responsible for the development and motivation of employees in its part
Requirements
- Have a minimum of S1 degree in Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent
- Have a minimum of 3 years working experiences in related field
- Familiar with Consumer Product
- Good communication in English (verbal & written)
- Able to make report using MS Office (word, excel, powerpoint)
- Good Leadership
