Job Description
Resposibilities
• Assist HRGA Manager
• Handling GA matter including stationary stocks, maintaining Office, supervise GA staff (office boy, courier, driver)
• Handling ticket and accomodation arrangement for all employees
• Responsible to arrange employee events (including CSR)
• Maintaining and filling all HR & GA documents (including ISO)
• Handling some legal matters (depend on their capability)
• Reporting to HR&GA Manager
Requirements
• Minimum 1-2 years experience as HR/GA assistant
• Good communication skill and active in English and Computer literate
• Capable to review agreement and legal matter will be advantage
• Has experience working in ISO based company or knowing about ISO will be advantage
Desirable Character
• Able to work independently under minimum supervision and able to work under pressure
• Detail and has good attitude
• Have high willingness to learn and good team player
