Job Description
Resposibilities
• Responsible for managing Legal Department in reviewing policies and regulation both internal and external, provision of legal advisory services and ensuring effective management of legal and contractual risk
• Manage Corporate Legal such as maintain validity of permit, contract drafting, regulation compliance and update government regulation
• Control Company Business Permit (BKPM, Kemenaker & Disnaker, Trade Ministry, Industrial Ministry, Costume office, etc.)
• Give legal advice to other department and management of the company
• Liaise with Notary, Lawyer and Legal Consultant
Requirements
Requirements
• Bachelor degree, majoring in Civil Law from reputable university
• Male / maximum 35 years old
• Minimum 5 years experienced in related field
• Experienced in Law Firm is a preferred
• Having good knowledge in Civil Laws & Government regulation
• Strong in problem solving; possess leadership traits; assertive; negotiation skill;
• Fluent in English both oral and written/good communication skill; Able to work under pressure.
