Job Description
1. Order Management and Delivery Management such as order entry, follow up, shipment release, inventory management and to ensure on time delivery
2. Acting as the frontline for customer-related inquiries
3. In close collaboration with Sales to support customers
Requirements
'- Have experience as Customer Service, Sales Administration,Sales in trading company, Purchasing for at least 1 year
- Knowledge in handling IMPORT Matter
-Proficient computer skills (ORACLE System)-Good language skills in English
