Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage human resources and general affairs function in company
- Develop and implement compensation strategies and structure that align with company goals and ensured the provision of cost effective benefits plan
- Plans, develop, implement and administer programs, procedures and guidelines to help align staffs with the strategic goals of the company and leads the implementation of performance management system
- Provide general supporting activities such as office and factory inventory, company legal documents and permits factory and office regulations and cleanliness
- Formulate and recommend human resources policies and practices that will establish positive employer employee relationship
Requirements
- Have a minimum of S1 degree in Law / Human Resources Management / Psychology
- Have a minimum of 5 year experiences in related field and industry
- Have excellent knowledge related to labor regulations
- Have good English for both verbal and written
- Willing to be located in East Karawang
