Job Description
1. Copywriting, Contents Creation with Right Concept for the Store and Products (Main Role)
- Work closely with Sales and Optimization (Marketing) Manager to gain a deep awareness of the products, assortment strategies, pricing, and selling strategies for optimum presentation in the digital channel.
- Coordinates with the Optimization Team to help direct copy and visual image creation such as landing pages, display banners and other marketing programs/events.
- Copywrites to promote the products and optimizes its expressions to meet the KPIs.
- Responsible for the browse, search and product content Customer Experience.
- Establishes and maintain KPIs related to search, browse, product page, conversion and merchandising tools such as cross sell.
- Ensure efficient and processes are defined, documented and communicated to cross functional teams resulting in high quality, on-time business operations.
2. Keyword Analysis and Research for Copywriting
- Co-works with EC Optimization Manager to perform information gathering services including technical website analysis, competitive/keyword research and link analysis.
- Conducts in-depth keyword research, focusing on driving organic search results or assisting with running a pay per click (PPC) campaign.
3. Social Networks Promotion
- Sets up proper strategy and roadmap to help promoting the products sales through SNS.
- Utilizes vendor or internal team to manage SNS channel to maximize its potential.
- Requires daily or weekly KPI reporting.
- Bachelor degree from marketing, mathmatics or commerce related major.
- Minimun 2 years experience on online marketing, media or eCommerce.
- Excellent skills in copywriitng and concept making.
- Experience in overall digital creation.
- Very good organizational, time management and analytical skills.
- Strong knowledge of online marketing strategies.
- Good knowledge of website keyword selection and analysis.
- Ability to analyze content and functionally of websites.
- Ability to direct and edit content.
- Excellent intepersonal skills including strong verbal, listening and written communication.
- English proficiency is mandatory (spoken or written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (excel,word and power point).
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Imagination and creativity skills, focusing o improving financial performance through changing marketing channels.
- Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. may occasinally require the ability to work outside of regularly schedules hours.Schedules may vary based on business need.
