Job Description
'• Establishes relationships with client's Infornation Technology (IT) and business unit executives as a trusted advisor who understands their issues, needs and requirements
- Manages client's IT qand business satisfaction in the delivery of IT services and ensures profit objectives are met
- May lead business development teams in identifying new business opportunities and managing the sales cycle from start to finish, particularly in growing the exsiting business in the account
- Engage with principal, partners, suppliers, in the sales activities on IT products ad sercices of the Company
- Ensure sales targets are achieved and maintain good customer rapport
- Monitor market conditions and recommend pricing and market strategy
- Investigate customer's complaints on quality, delivery, service, etc. and recommend corrective measures.
- Present, negotiate and prepare contracts & quotations, etc
'- Have a minimum of 3 year experiences as an Account manager in IT prodcut/ services/ outsourcing industry
- Have a minimum of Diplona degree in IT or Equivalent
- At least 2 year(s) sales experience
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta Office
- Have experience in handling Telco
- Proven sales track record
- Good knowledge of system integration
- Strong initiative and people networking skills
- Good communication in English (verbal & written)
- Able to perform presentation
- Have experiences in similar industry
