Job Description
'Prepare Payment Request and Ensure completness of supporting documents prior getting approval for payment.
- Maintain contact with vendors and respons vendor inquiries.
- Monitor Company Cash Flow.
- Assist in Month end closing, such as accrual expenses and amortisation of prepayment.
- Prepare bank reconciliation.
- Prepare witholding taxes and VAT list and handle taxation ocuments properly.
- Support the stores in an any financial transactions and communication with the bank.
- Maintain Files and documentation throughly and accurately in accordance with accepted accounting practices.
- Assist preparation of other report provided to management.
- Assist other projects as needed.
- Experiance in using Oracle and ARIBA (Payable and Purchase Order System)
- ensuring all the expense already recorded in the proper month, cost alocation, account, and amount.
- Creating SOP for the Payment flow.
Proven working experience as a cost accountant or in a retail company
Thorough knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures
Excellent accounting software user
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
Advanced degree in Accounting, Finance or Auditor
