Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle HR administrations
- File and report HRD administration data including employees database
- Handle expatriate legal permits
- Correspondence letter incoming and outgoing
- Handle employee absence and overtime for payroll
- Handle BPJS reporting
Requirements
- Have a minimum of Diploma degree in any discipline
- Have a minimum of 3 year experiences in related field
- Have good knowledge about payroll and expatriate documents
- Good in operating Ms. Office especially Ms. Excel (min Intermediate)
- Have good English for both verbal and written
