Job Description
- Manage the overall general service and support for the organization operation and process through administration and office building utilities including electricity, water, telephone, etc.
- Manage general support that includes but not limited to transportation management, vehicle maintenanca, cleaning service/ houskeeping management, expat / relocation services and office services
- Manager and ensure the delivery process of office services and support by vendor and service providers meet the satisfactory standard and according to the allocated budget
- He must have a minimum of S1 degree in any discipline
- Have a minimum of 4 year experiences in related field as Supervisor level
- Have strong knowledge of building management and utilities
- Have high sense with systematic thinking ability and analytical to solve problems
- Able to work in a team to adapt with higly dynamic, tight schedule, under pressure situation and work with low supervision
- Have good presentation skills
- Excellent in operating Ms. Office
- English for both verbal and written is a must
- Prefer someone who domicile in Karawang area.
- Prefer somone who has working experiences in automotive industry
- Strong personality, thoroughness, reporting research result, good verbal communication, attention to detail
