Job Description
● Correspondence with Japanese customer who is facing some problem in Apartment.
● Supporting Japanese report line that will give instructions to.
※It is customer support staff position but will be able to get more responsibility if can speak Japanese well
※Need to speak Japanese because of some of customers that this position has to talk can not speak Bahasa and English.
Requirements
• Ability to speak Japanese N2 or N3
• Ability to use MS. Word, Excel, Power Point well
• 5 years working experience and used Japanese language
