Responsibilities
- To support legal related job task such as making contract document, handling compliance document and applying it to employee
- Account support especially related to daily Petty cash
- Secretary job : To support Japanese expats for instance, VISA and KITAS acquisition process, car and hotel booking, housing and mobile phone payment and so on
Requirements
- Having working experience for at least 3 years including either secretary or admin position
- Those who has handle related to admin job task especially making contract with leagal knowledge
- Business level of English
