The candidates will be responsible for providing the information, support, coaching, advice and guidance to management related to business (Sales) including:
- Undertaking diagnostic needs assessments with businesses, including analysing the needs of the business and working with the client to put a business action plan in place
- Offering mentoring and coaching to help a business on sales sectors through a period of change
- Provide start-up businesses with advice and guidance to assist them to successfully set up and commence trading (and go on to maintain their own sustainable business)
- Providing support on the business sales planning process
- Giving advice on business improvement techniques
- Introducing business to networks and associates
- Informing and influencing government policy on business support
- Designing and delivering training seminars to provide business support to a wide audience
- undetake research on behalf of a business
- Male or Female
- Have a minimum of 10 year work experiences in Business Consulting for FMCG or equivalent
- Have deep knowledge of FMCG business especially in Indonesia
- Have a good understanding of business functions such as sales & marketing, finance, operations, leadership and management
- Have strong verbal communication skills for articulating ideas to clients
- Have excellent written communication skills for producing plans, reports, evaluations and funding applications
- Have excellent ability to listen and interpret clients' needs and requests
- Have good analytical skills to conduct needs assessments, analyse data and prodice clearly defined reports and action plans
- Have good IT skills and knowledge of social media platforms is an advantage
- Excellent English skills for both verbal and written
- Have experiences in Dairy products / Cheese products
