- Ensure that all stages of the process from HR Planning, recruitment. Selection to placement are in accordance with the company's need, especially those related to the compentence and requirement of the job meet with the operational needs align with current and future workforce needs and the fulfillment in accordance with the dateline.
- Planning, implement, evaluation, develop, and administering training program for employees and ensure the implementation of Education and Training function that is oriented towards development of knowlegde and skill all levels of the company that can support current and future work productivity.
- Design recruitment framework, review resources for effective and accurate recruitment and verifies each request for additional or replacement of employee's compliance is in conformity with specified manpower plan
- Design a job vacancy is tailored to the required job qualification or requirement that accordance wit the qualitfication in the job description of the position and choosing the appropriate sourcing alternative for the placement of the job vacancy advertisement.
- Keep tracking of recruitment metrics (ex: time-to-hire and Cost-to-hire)
- Build the company's professional (agency) network through relationship with HR professional and other partners
- Provide effective new employee orientation and intergrate the new employee into the organization and its culture
- Identifies training needs and training gaps in the organization in a close cooperation with all division/department heads.
- Design and develop comprehensive program for training, including corporate topics, HR training and compliance training
- Modify or create course of materials and training manuals to meet specific training needs.
- Supervising employees and provide training and coaching as needed to ensure the employee are performing their job properly.
- Monitoring the best practice in the training and evaluating effectiveness of training courses and provide summary report to superior, determining impact of training on employee skills and corporate goals and implement training.
- developing individual training program that meet with the skills gap identified through training need assessment
- Manage cost for all recruitment and training programs, production and publication in order to keep on training budget
- Assisting superior to formulate HR Development Policies and manual for the company on any topic related with the employment relation and employee right
- At least 8 years of experience inHR role and function, especially handling recruitment and training
- Strong knowlegde of recruitment practice, metrics and guidelines and hands-on experience with applicant tracking system and HR database as well.
- Familiar with both traditional and modern training method and its implementation , TNA or assessment trend and techniques
- Good Written and verbal communication and interpersonal skill
- Strong company skill min. MS Office
- Fluent in English
