A.Job Description
1.Verification AP document related to WHT;
2.Prepare payment of WHT and the working paper;
3.Prepare tax report of WHT and mapping any revision;
4.Sending confirmation to forwarders related to amount of WHT deduction and tax slip information;
5.Prepare supporting documents of reimbursement of WHT Art. 23 to forwarders;
6.Prepare documents to reimburse to sub-contractors;
7.Maintaining and controlling WHT Art 23 and 4(2) and all related with reimbursement WHT 23
8.Responsible to prepare and complete reconciliation of WHT;
9.Support tax audit officer requirements related to WHT;
10.Any other job refer to tax group requirements.
B.Job Requirement
1.Max 37 years old,
2.Min. Accounting bachelor degree with GPA min. 3,00 from reputable university
3.Possess Brevet A & B certificate issued by IAI,
4.Min. 3 years working experience in tax consultant handling compliance for WHT is a MUST;
5.Expert in preparing reconciliation and equalization;
6.Familiar and can operate SAP and E-Faktur well;
7.Comprehensive knowledge of tax regulation;
8.Experience in support data WHT for tax audit;
9.Good analytical skill, target oriented, able to work under pressure with minimum supervision;
10.Teamwork with good communication;
11.Fluent in English writing and speaking
