- Execute the customer service strategy
- Provide high quality technical services both for software and hardware to customers, partners dealer, and other engineer
- Responsible after services
- provide product training to agents and customer base on schedule
- clarify customer queries though troubleshooting and researching existing knowledge base on known issues

[Requirement]
- Max. age is 35 years old
- Hold Degree (S1 or D3+) holder in Electrical/Mechanical/IT Majoring
- Min. 3 years working experience of Technical Support in similar position, preferably in Inkjet Printer
- Pleasant personality and can represent the company to corporate and individual clients
- computer Literte is a must, Fluency in English (Japanese will be an advantage)
- Able to work under pressure
- Will be placement in Solo/Surakarta, Central Java
[Desirable Requirement]
- Having experinece in digital printing company will be advantage
