Job Description
[Requirements]:
• University degree or above, mechanical / automotive related major;
• Min 5 years experience in the same field (automobile manufacturing preferred);
• Welding experience in automobile workshop management preferred;
• Under 45 years old;
• Have a good sense of purpose, problem analysis, honest and trustworthy;
• Mastering spare parts and catalog of all units of light vehicles and heavy equipment;
• Required language(s) : English, Mandarin (preferred);
• Job location in MODERN CIKANDE Industrial Park, Cikande – Serang.

[Job Description]
• Formulate and implement the basic management system of the workshop, standardize the internal management of the workshop;
• Ensure the quality and quantity to complete the production plan;
• Supervise the management of plant personnel, equipment, facilities safety;
• Develop low auxiliary materials and energy plans, analyze low auxiliary materials and energy consumption to reduce production costs;
• Formulate workshop employment plan, reasonably deploy personnel and reduce labor costs;
• Implement production safety and 6S management;
• Maintenance of production equipment management;
• Implement lean manufacturing and quality tools;
• Co-ordinate with other departments and supervise arrangements;
• Mastering the process of Automobile Welding;
• Monitor the readiness of equipment and personnel in the performance of the work;
• Management of people and technical capabilities of machinery and equipment;
• To ensure all relevant materials and equipment are prepare for any particular piece of work;
• To ensure regularly that the work is being completed to the specification and standard required by user.
