Job Description
・Making document related to accounting, taxing, finance and report to Japanese direct boss or Japanese in HQ in Japan. [Including the accounting related to all of project]
・Meeting and negotiating with Auditor and Consultant
・Making the rules for Accounting responsibilities process
・Credit Management
・Making financial statement monthly are annual
Requirements
・Having experience of more than 2 years as a supervisor /Assistant Manager / Manager for Finance, Accounting, Tax, Business or Comparable Discipline
・Ability to speak English business level
excellent calculation skills
・Excellent analytical approach, high numeracy and sound technical skills
・Ability to balance the demands of work with study
・Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize
・Skills in the use of database management, word processing, spreadsheet, and/or Microsoft office, Tax Application, Bank Application, others
・Knowledge of government policies and procedures update (ex: Central Bank of Indonesia regulation, Tax Regulation, BKPM, etc.)
・Good skills using MS-Office
・Excellent knowledge about the Finance, Accounting, Tax, and HR. Knowing about Logistic will be advantages.
・Working experience in Japanese company or MNC.
