Job Description
- Develop Sales and Marketing plan
- Suggest and develop strategic actions of the Sales and Planning Division in terms of turnover, profitability, new products and competitors
- Makes available and well known to Sales and Planning Division organization the Customer Quaility requirements, needs and wants
- Develop sales and marketing plan
- Direct and support efforts of functional areas (engineering, realibility, etc)
- Develop priving policy and prices in line with profitability objectives
- Maintain complete confidentiality of all documents, drawings, development, plan, etc. of customers and suppliers
- Support customer negotiations including resolves customer conflicts with Company policies / program and develop appropriate sales terms and contracts
- Male preferable
- Have a minimum of Bachelor degree or above in Engineering or equivalent
- Have a minimum of 3 - 5 year experiences as a Manager in Japanese manufacturing or trading in similar products (Labels for packaging)
- Have skills in negotiating, forecasting and budgeting
- Must have excellent leadership, communiation and interpersonal skills
- English for both verbal and written is a must
- Excellent in using Ms. Office
- Willing to travel a lot
- Have experiences working in Competitors
- Able to speak Japanese
