Job Description
1. Developing & implementing a strategy and policy of human resource management
2. Coordinating and controlling the implementation of the HR function
3. Responsible for managing industrial relation issue and investigation
4. Coordinating and controlling the preparation and implementation of training and development programs
5. Planning manpower needs in accordance with the development of the organization
6. Developing a performance management system
7. Dealing with external party and Labor Union
8. Managing and controlling the administrative activities of the office, and human resource information systems
Requirements
• Above 10 years working experience in HR & GA field or 5 years experience in Assistant Manager role
• Strong HR experience in manufacturing field
• Able to manage to handle more than 1 factory and willing to travel from one factory to one another
• Strong leadership and able to handle a factory with more than 500 employee
•Business level of English skill in order to report to Japanese expatriate
• Willing to be domiciled in Karawang
