Engineering Manager (Japanese Speaker) - Precision Manufacturing

Job Description
Responsibilities
• Managing new product development activities (Provide master schedule, monitoring and controlling development of tool and equipment, arrange production trial schedule and product evaluation, determining the appropriate recovery plan for any delays in activities against schedule), and ensuring all document related to new product development is validated on schedule.
• Performing supplier evaluation and selection for new project.
• Monitoring and controlling process maintenance of tooling (mold) and other supporting facilities for production

Requirements
• Have a minimum of 2 years experiences as Engineering Manager in Injection Molding Company (Manufacturing)
• Good knowledge in mold & part design
• Good knowledge in 2D and/or 3D program and flow process new project
• Japanese Language min N3 (Active)
• Able to speak at least fair English
• Have a Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Willing to be located in Cikarang

• Have worked in Japan
