Job Description
• Collect Flow Chart, Product Spec, other documents needed from Vendor for all raw material which does not have approve Halal Certificate from MUI.
• Communicate with MUI for all submitted Halal Certificate, Flow Chart, Product Spec.
• Conduct Vendor Audit minimum once a year.
• Conduct Internal Audit to Store minimum twice a year.
• Conduct Internal Halal Training every 6 months to all Store Employee & for every new employee.
• Create SOP, procedure, check list in related with Halal procedure in the Company.
• Create Matrix Ingredients, Matrix Menu & update it monthly basis.
• Create approve Ingredients List, approve Supplier List, approve Alternative Ingredients List.
• Create Product Specification for all Raw Material.
• Create check list for every incoming material in Store & Warehouse.
• Conduct monthly meeting with BOD & Franchisee to update Halal progress in the Company.
'• Bachelor Degree in Food Technology.
• Must be able to achieve Restaurant Halal Certificate with A score within 2 years’ time (maximum).
• Experience in Food & Beverages Restaurant Industry as Halal Team Member.
• Create overall SOP related to Halal (QA, SCM, R&D, Operation), including Sistem Jaminan Halal SOP in the company.
• Able to guide & implement Halal System in the Company.
• Have Certificate of “Pelatihan Sistem Jaminan” Halal from MUI.
• Provide SPK from previous company which shows position in Halal Team.
• Conduct Supplier Audit minimum once a year & Store Audit minimum twice a year.
• Able to communicate with MUI in related to Halal documentation or other requirement.
• Highly self-motivated person.
• Able to work as an individual and as a team.
• English speaker is a must.
