Job Description
●This person will work on research and consulting task such as (not limited to) :
・Research the market trend, business environment, competitors company profile and activity, Indonesian Law and regulation.
e.g.) market size, major player, consumer trend, license issue, company registration and legal procedure
・Investigate client company's strength and weakness.
・Analyze above information and consider: Business Strategy (including M&A Scheme), HR Strategy and System, Governance System, Risk Management System, Restructuring Strategy, etc.
・Draft the presentation material or report.
・Schedule management for each project. [Each consultant has 2 to 4 project that is going simultaneously]
Requirements
※Useful knowledge/skill for any industry is welcome : CPA, Accounting, Finance, HR, Strategic Planner, Business Analyst, Legal, Audit, BI, System Engineer and so on.
■PC Skill
・Good skill in using Windows and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) for daily communications, and accomplishing assigned tasks
■Leadership / Competence
・Show the leadership to proceed and to drive problem solving for assigned task.
・Positive, proactive and Commit to the schedule for assigned task.
・Have excellent communication skill and good team work.
・Neat, quick witted and meticulous
・Able to work under pressure
・Able to convey by some software or document logically
・Fluent in oral and written English.
・Ability to see problem by birds view
・Ability to speak/write business level English
・Ability to make all of document by oneself, ability to manage Jr. consultant and assign research, analysis to them.
■ Over 5 years solid work experience in other Research/Consulting firm or in the similar responsibilities will be advantage.
■ Either of the following experiences (but not limited) will be a plus:
・Business Administration
・Accounting / Finance / Tax
・Indonesian Law
・Indonesian Economics / Government policy and regulation
・Initiative
・Highly motivated
・Able to work under pressure
